Earl Drake is a retired Canadian diplomat. He has served in Pakistan, Malaysia and Burma and later as Canada’s Executive Director at the World Bank in Washington. He was Ambassador, first to Indonesia, then to China. He has worked at Vancouver’s Simon Fraser University and the University of British Columbia.
