PAYMENT
1. Which payment method is accepted by Areca Books?
i) PayPal
ii) Visa or MasterCard Credit/ Debit cards
iii) Bank deposit

DELIVERY
1. How much do I have to pay for postage?
Your total shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout page after you have confirmed your item(s) and entered your delivery address.

2. How long does it take to receive my item?
The delivery process by courier will take approx. 1 – 3 working days for domestic order (via Pos Laju/ Gdex) and 6 –14 working days for international order (via Pos Malaysia/ Singpost).
Please ensure you or a representative is available to receive the item.

3. How long does it take to process my order?
We will usually fulfill your order within 3 working day. However, delays may occur for orders made over the weekends and Malaysian public holidays.

4. Which courier services do we use?
We use Gdex for local delivery, and DHL for international shipping.

5. What is the shipping rate?
Our shipping charges are calculated by weight and destination. We provide economy shipping rates within Malaysia and worldwide.

6. Do you ship to my country?
We ship to international countries by air freight with exception of several countries not serviceable by our local courier.

7. What happens if I’ve still not received my item?
If you have not received your item after estimated shipping duration (1 –3 working days for domestic/ 6 – 14 days for international countries), please write to arecabooks@gmail.com or contact us at +6016-535 1731 (10am to 5pm, daily GMT +8).
Sometimes delay may occur due to circumstances such as customs check or flight disruption.

8. What if the parcel is unclaimed/ returned back to sender?

Usually the courier will make attempts at delivery and leave a delivery card in your mail box if there’s no one to receive the item. Undelivered item will then remain at nearest courier hub before being returned back to sender after 7 days. We will inform you if the parcel is returned to us. In which case you can choose if you would like a refund (minus shipping charges already incurred), or you would like us to ship again (additional charges apply).
