Biodata Author:

Mashhor Mansor is a Malaysian prominent ecologist, researcher, lecturer and author. He obtained his PhD in 1981 from St. Andrews University, Scotland. He is currently the chief editor of Tropical of Life Sciences Research (TLSR) journal and Senior Fellow of Centre for Global Sustainability Studies, USM. He is known for his historic exploration with the Argentinian Antarctic team (Instituto Antartico) to Antarctica on which a book titled Merintis Jalan ke Antartika was based on. A prolific author and ardent ecologist, he has published more than 100 scientific articles and authored more than 15 books.
